Ladder Committee Mission Statement

Responsible for coordination and execution of the Ladder program organized to encourage skill growth and social interaction of club members.


The Ladder program may run all year and is driven by participation.

Accountable for tool/software selection, implementation and upkeep; ensure associated costs have been approved by the Board.

  • Oversees the Ladder Rules; makes necessary changes to the Ladder Rules with Board approval.
  • Solves any disputes, problems, or complaints directed to the Ladder Program.
  • Post rankings and schedules weekly as per Ladder session schedule.
  • Organize and manage assistants if applicable.
  • Where required, items purchased for the Ladder Program require submission of original receipts/invoices to the Treasurer for reimbursement within 7 days of the purchase.
  • If needed, liaise with the Board to create the marketing information for Ladder solicitations (i.e.: email notification).
