Tournament Committee Mission Statement

Responsible for the coordination and execution of the club sponsored tournaments (six tentatively planned for 2024).

Identify, for each tournament, the requirements to conduct the event successfully.

  • Collaborate with the Board on captain and team selections.
  • Liaise with members who may volunteer to assist.
  • Provide information to all members to register for participation in competition/events including collaboration with the Board to create the marketing information for each tournament that will be provided to club participants (I.e.: email notification, SignUpGenius).
  • Where required, items purchased for an approved activity require submission of original receipts/invoices to the Treasurer for reimbursement within 7 days of the purchase.
